These three garages are part of CATS’ Northeast Corridor Light Rail project and the overall LYNX Blue Line Extension, which adds 9.3 miles of light rail track from Center City to the UNC Charlotte campus.
The JW Clay garage includes retail / active use space at grade level. The University City Boulevard garage includes long term bicycle parking and retail / active use space at grade level. The Sugar Creek garage included CATS office space at grade.
