The City of Boca Raton requested an independent evaluation of the Date Palm Road Bridge condition over the Fishtail Canal. WGI provided evaluation,   recommendations, and construction documents for the repair and inspection services for the concrete restoration of the bridge structure. The restoration project included pile repair, seawall repairs, bulkhead cap reconstruction, and slab and deck repairs. A large section of the lower slab had severe deterioration due to jet ski spray below the bridge structure. WGI assisted the contractor in developing a restoration methodology to help expedite the project.
