Project Description

Eastside Station is a 330-unit Transit Oriented Development (TOD) multifamily project located in East Austin, Texas. The project includes two residential buildings and a parking garage, rain gardens, and rainwater collection cisterns. As part of the project, an extension of the Lance Armstrong Bikeway (LAB) was constructed along the northern edge of the property.

As the civil engineer for the project, WGI provided urban planning support, demolition permitting, site development permitting, urban bike trail design and rail coordination, flood study, stormwater management, water quality, grading, utilities, along with off-site utility and stormwater improvements.
