This low-income senior living complex, with 106 affordable one-bedroom apartments is open to those 62 or older who have disabilities and can live on their own without assistance. The facility was funded by the federal program, Housing and Urban Development or HUD.
At project inception, WGI was selected to complete an environmental site assessment of the existing vegetation and wetlands on site. Our firm then prepared the master site plan using the environmental data, represented the project through the zoning process, and designed the landscape, hardscape, and irrigation plan for the entire site
