In this unprecedented time of social distancing when many of our clients and associates are working remotely, we wanted to spotlight our team that continues to adapt in order to serve our clients.
In the first installment of our new video series, Civil Engineering Team Leader Siri Soth from our Austin, TX office tells us how her clients and team members have adapted to working together, remotely. She shares how she is communicating with her team, managing her projects, and keeping in contact with her clients. We even get to meet one of her new ‘co-workers’.
Soth talks about how her projects are continuing to move forward, and how she is using technology to overcome the challenges of not being in the same room with her team.
Soth’s advice to those who are also adapting to working remotely is to “communicate a lot.” She goes on to say that “it’s important to have daily check-ins, whether it’s for work or just saying hi sometimes.”
