The 115-acre Northline project is situated around Leander, TX’s transit-oriented development district. Plans include 700,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of retail, 150,000 square feet of hotel space, 2,000 apartments, 300 townhomes and community features like a town square and parks.
Northline is being developed by Austin firm Tynberg LLC. WGI is the project’s engineering and design consultant.
