JUPITER COUNTRY CLUB
This project involved design, permitting and construction services for the on-site backbone improvements of two developments on either side of Indiantown Road. The length of the spine roads totaled 7,250 linear feet and the golf maintenance facility was a 6.5-acre site. Services included the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems, stormwater management system and the paving and grading of the internal spine roadways and included 9,400 linear feet of 8” to 16” water main, 4,740 linear feet of 8” to 16” sanitary force main along with three lift stations, 2,400 linear feet of reclaimed water main and a regional metering station and stilling well.
In addition, the project included services for the extension of the Town of Jupiter Water Utilities’ potable water system and the Loxahatchee River District’s sanitary sewer system to serve the 580-acre development. The potable water main extension was also a component in a distribution loop within Jupiter’s system to serve future additional users west of the Turnpike. Responsibilities included design and permitting for a 2,800-foot directional drill under Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 to extend the potable water system.
