WGI performed a condition appraisal of the parking structure to review the condition and make recommendations for repair and maintenance. Our review focused on identifying deterioration and damage to the concrete structure, precast and masonry façade, and waterproofing systems. We produced a report complete with findings, conclusions, and restoration recommendations.
Following our evaluation, WGI was retained to perform design, bidding, and construction administration services for immediate repairs to the brick masonry façade, as well as the Roof Level waterproofing. Repairs included joint sealant repairs, expansion joint replacement, new drains, and light repairs.
In 2014, WGI performed an updated evaluation and is currently developing design documents for additional repairs.
