The City of Keene partnered with Future iQ, and its team of WGI and JS&A, to develop the Comprehensive Master Plan Update. The City has changed significantly since 2010, making this an important point in time to consider the future trajectory of the community.
The project team is guiding, informing, and working with Keene leadership to develop comprehensive, future-oriented, sustainable, and implementable recommendations and goals to support the new Keene Comprehensive Master Plan Update. These actions are to balance priorities across various areas specific to Keene and incorporate future-focused, innovative, global, and local best practices.
WGI is providing extensive expertise in the analysis of the existing Comprehensive Master Plan and the development of the plan’s new chapters and recommendations. Furthermore, the WGI team is leading the professional planning services for four out of the six main elements of the plan and assisting in the remaining two. Key services provided include a community vision and community snapshot, community engagement, comprehensive planning, and plan development and implementation.
