The City of Keene engaged Future iQ, WGI, and JS&A to create an updated Comprehensive Master Plan that captured the city’s remarkable growth and transformation since 2010. This exciting initiative helped shape Keene’s future by balancing community priorities while embracing innovative ideas and best practices from around the world.
As a key partner, WGI brought deep expertise to the process by analyzing the existing plan, leading the development of new chapters, and crafting actionable strategies to guide Keene’s next era of progress. WGI led four of the plan’s six major pillars and contributed to the others, ensuring a cohesive, forward-looking vision for the city.
From community visioning and engagement to comprehensive planning and implementation, WGI helped Keene chart a clear path toward a vibrant, sustainable, and connected future.
