Located in the Plaza Saltillo Transit Oriented Development (TOD) district of east Austin, Corazon is a mixed-use project consisting of 260 units and 17,000-SF of commercial space. WGI is responsible for the civil engineering design and site development permitting for this project which required extensive coordination with the 5th Street Capital Improvement Project and design of an innovative roof-top rain garden which provides water quality treatment. Corazon was completed in 2014 and was the first Austin-area project to achieve the LEED Gold for Homes Midrise designation.
