This elegant but straightforward facility includes 867 parking spaces for doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and administration personnel. The structure is precast and is the embodiment of a simple yet attractive design.
To facilitate staff’s convenient movements from the parking structure to the hospital, a 400-foot elevated connector was included in the project. Due to the sharp topography, the connector has a launch point at the fifth level of the parking structure. It ends perpendicular to an existing conditioned space between the main hospital and an adjacent medical office building.
