WGI provided planning, civil engineering, environmental, surveying, landscape architecture, lighting, utility coordination, and construction administration services for a 30,000-plus square foot church on 12 acres at the southeast corner of the intersection of Jog and Belvedere Roads in unincorporated Palm Beach County. In addition to on-site improvements, which included the design and permitting of the paving, stormwater, water distribution, wastewater collection, lighting, and landscape improvements. WGI also designed and permitted right turn lanes and associated right-of-way improvements in Jog and Belvedere Roads, a left turn median modification on Belvedere Road, and the reconstruction of Lake Worth Drainage District’s (LWDD) L-3 Canal. Other services included wastewater utility feasibility study, easement abandonment, platting and wetland determination study, and assessment.
WGI secured permits from the South Florida Water Management District (water use and surface water), Palm Beach County Land Development, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, Palm Beach County Building Department, Palm Beach County Water Utilities, Palm Beach County Health Department, and the Lake Worth Drainage District.
