The Farmers Market project, developed by Lynd Development Partners, is located in Dallas’ booming Farmers Market district. The project is part of a TIF-financed redevelopment effort bringing much-needed urban housing to the area northeast of the Farmers Market.
Merriman Anderson Architects designed the 297-unit project. WGI provided the structural design and engineering services for the project. Lynd Farmers Market is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in December 2018.
