The structural system is field topped precast concrete with cast in form thin brick façade. The placement of the garage is mindful of future hospital additions and garage expansion while maintaining proper set back from a creek along two sides. An elevated pedestrian walkway and garden is planned between the hospital and garage. Two vehicle entry/exits were included for access from the hospital dropoff and direct access to the medical campus entrance drive. Multiple access points will allow use of the garage during future horizontal expansion.

Parking structure features include a baffled snow chute for loading snow directly into trucks, stormwater detention and infiltration system, bench seating area, landscape planting beds, and renovation of creek area.
