When Penn National Gaming (formerly Argosy Casino) retained WGI to design this 1,245-space parking garage, it had just completed an expansion, which included a 250-room, nine-story hotel at the site of an existing 600-space parking structure.
To accommodate the expansion and displacement of parking, this precast parking structure was built on a surface parking lot located west of the casino.
