Rome Towers is a mixed-use development comprised of two Class A office towers, a retail shopping center and plaza, and an integrated parking structure. The fivestory, 574-space parking structure was designed for employees and visitors of Rome Towers. The architectural aspects of the office buildings were incorporated into the parking garage, creating a seamless transition between the two.
It received Arizona Commercial Real Estate’s Red Award for Best Mixed-Use Project.
• Three-bay single helix with center ramp and two-way traffic flow
• South tower is enclosed to serve as the pedestrian exit for the office building
• Each supported level of the parking structure aligns with an office building floor
• Pedestrian bridge between the parking structure and Rome Towers
• Top level has fabric shade canopies
• Painted concrete exterior with exterior insulation finishing system banding
