The hospital engaged WGI to complete an engineering assessment, deliver a prioritized list of recommended repairs, develop design documents, and provide construction administration services for the recommended repairs.
In 2019, the median construction cost for a new parking structure was $21,500 per space and $64.77 per square foot, increasing 5.1% over 2018.
The project consists of a three-level, 283-space parking facility with site improvements including a rain garden and realigned campus ring road.
