Concord is a 346-unit garden-style rental community located in south Austin, Texas. The 21-acre site includes 6 buildings, which range from 3-4 stories in height. In total, the project has over 464,073 total square feet.
The site features a dog park and multiple rain gardens throughout the site. Services provided by WGI include due diligence, civil engineering design, site development permitting, utility and drainage design (including offsite wastewater line improvements), and construction administration. Concord opened in 2016.
