Project Details

Developed by Greystar Real Estate Partners, Elan East is located within the MLK Transit Oriented Development (TOD) district of east Austin, Texas. The project includes 255 residential units, ground floor commercial space, and associated amenities. As the civil engineer for the project, WGI was responsible for land subdivision, site development permitting and engineering design for this urban infill project. Construction was completed in 2014.
